KINE 222 Teaching Team Sports
This course provides kinesiologists with a variety of methods, strategies, and management skills to teach, coach, and manage team sports. These sports may include basketball, flag football, soccer, speedball, and volleyball. Non-traditional sports such as eclipse ball, floor hockey, flickerball, lacrosse, nitroball, quidditch, rugby, satryan ball, team handball, and ultimate frisbee may be introduced as well. Consideration is given to safety, facilities, equipment, and protocols for teaching, coaching, and managing.
