Undergraduates in Graduate Courses
Ordinarily, students must complete all requirements for a bachelor’s degree before enrolling in graduate-level courses at Rockford University. However, with the approval of the major advisor and the appropriate graduate program Director, students may enroll in up to six credits of graduate work in the final semester of their senior year if they have no more than eight credits to complete for their bachelor’s degree, and if they have earned a grade point average of at least 3.0 (“B”) for the preceding three semesters. Students may not use graduate credits to complete undergraduate requirements.
