EDUC 236 Educational Psychology
This course applies research-based concepts, psychological principles, and theories to instructional environments; motivation; and the cognitive, emotional, and social development of diverse student populations. Topics include identification of theorists, the teacher’s role in identification of learning outcomes, effective instructional strategies, and assessment procedures that connect the theoretical principles of psychology with the application of academic critical thinking to classroom practice.
