FREN 101 French in Everyday Life I

An introduction to the French language and its use in everyday life around the world, including Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia and the Caribbean. Develop practical communication skills, improved cultural competence and a better understanding of the diverse francophone world. Are you curious about French and francophone cultures and how that cultural awareness will make you better in your chosen career (technology, computer science, business, tourism, education, etc)? The connection between the workplace and skills in global awareness, linguistic ability, and critical thinking are also foundational to the course. Conducted in French.
