CSCI 381 Network Security (Cybersecurity)
The course provides the fundamentals of network security. Students learn to design and implement security solutions. This course covers basic risk mitigation, standard vulnerabilities, and diagnosing and troubleshooting to prevent security threats. It focuses on developing and implementing security strategies within a network, and gives students some experience with basic network analysis tools to highlight potential vulnerabilities in a network.
