PHYP 221 Conditioning for Dancers
(XL: DANC 221) This course is meant to supplement the goals of the study of dance technique and performance by helping students increase their strength, flexibility, and stamina. The course is also appropriate for non-dancers who wish to add a regimen of Pilates, Yoga, Gyrokinesis, and stretching. This course (PHYP 221) meets the Physical Education General Education activity requirement; it is a cross-listed course in the Performing Arts department (DANC 221) which meets the studio arts requirement.
