FREN 297 French Language/Culture Via Study Abroad

Short-term study abroad to France or another francophone country to visit sites of cultural, historical, social and linguistic interest. The course will include excursions to museums, cultural institutions, interviews with locals and group projects based on local resources. Students will be immersed in the language and may spend time with host families. The class will be conducted in French. There will be costs associated with travel including but not limited to airfare, lodging, food, travel within the country, and admission to cultural sites.
