Immunizations
Lang Wellness Center is responsible for compliance with all state mandated vaccines which include diphtheria-pertussis-tetanus, measles, mumps, rubella and meningococcal A, C, W, Y. Lang Wellness Center administers state mandated immunizations as well as seasonal influenza vaccinations and TB screenings to assist students with compliance for specific program requirements. Providing proof of immunizations is an Illinois state law and will impact a student’s ability to register for classes.
