PSYC 210 Human Sexuality

This course explores human sexuality from a psychological perspective, examining topics such as attraction, intimacy, sexual development, and sexual behavior and considering their impact on mental health. Additionally, the course will examine the evolving psychological conceptualization of sexual disorders in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), including the current guidance on understanding and diagnosing sexual dysfunction, paraphilic disorders, and gender dysphoria.
