SOCI 120 Introduction to General Anthropology

The Introduction to General Anthropology course covers four major branches or subfields: physical anthropology (human biology), archaeology (the analysis of the prehistoric and historic remains of human cultures), anthropological linguistics (the analysis of language in its cultural context), and cultural anthropology (the cross-cultural study of peoples living in the world today).
