PHYP 134 Beginning Weight Training
Beginning Weight Training is a course designed to introduce basic skills, proper techniques, and safety precautions while developing an appropriate individual strength and conditioning plan. Emphasis will be placed on understanding program design, implementation, and execution of strength and cardiovascular exercises.
