HSRV 320 Psychology in the Workplace

This course covers the application of psychological principles to organizations. Specifically, the question of how psychology can improve organizational processes is examined at many levels of the workplace. Psychology theories, research, and practice will be applied to the understanding of such topics as employee selection, placement, and training, job satisfaction, work motivation and performance, problem solving and decision making, leadership and supervision, work design, and organizational development.
