MBA 582 Organizational Behavior and Leadership
Health Care organizations are dynamic and fluid, operating in an exciting environment for leaders. This course will examine the strategic behaviors and leadership skills necessary to remain competitive in the global health care market. You will explore leadership and change management concepts, roles, functions, and issues as applied to a leader in health care in various organizational settings. Consideration will be given to theories and models of leadership, as well as strategic thinking, to provide a solid foundation of strategic thinking.
