MBA 552 Consulting Strategies

Business professionals are continually inundated with performance issues, process alignment concerns, change initiatives, and/or leadership challenges that necessitate employees to assume the role of organizational consultant. This course will prepare the learner for leading organizational development interventions from both the internal and external consultant perspectives. Emphasis will be placed on providing learners with applicable strategies for marketing oneself as a business consultant.
