ENGL 553 Introduction to Multimodal Composition
In this course, you will study and practice communicating in modalities that go beyond words on the page, including images, sounds, movement, and more. We will read theories about how multimodal rhetoric functions, study scholarship that takes advantage of multimodal affordances, and focus especially on multimodal work in the classroom. Together, we'll also practice using digital tools to create multimodal projects of our own in multiple genres.
