SOCI 226 Quantitative Data in the Social Sciences
This course provides an introduction to the use of quantitative data in the social sciences. This course focuses on developing the skills necessary to understand descriptive and inferential statistics commonly used in the social sciences. Additionally, this course will familiarize students with the types of social data used in the social sciences, and build quantitative reasoning, data literacy, and data presentation skills.
