CRMJ 314 White Collar & Organized Crime
This course will describe and explain elite and corporate deviance and organized crime. The incidence and prevalence of these crimes will be analyzed, as well as its effects on society. Theoretical foundations of all types of occupational crimes will be examined, as well as global issues of organized crime. The course will expose students to the forms and causes of these crimes and groups, and the legal, law enforcement, and societal responses to such crimes.
