CSCI 383 Ethical Hacking & Penetration Testing
This course offers an in-depth approach to the principles and techniques associated with the cybersecurity practice known as penetration testing or ethical hacking. It discusses the penetration testing lifecycle including, among others, reconnaissance, scanning, exploitation, maintaining access, and reporting. The course shows how system vulnerabilities can be exploited by cyber criminals and how these vulnerabilities can be avoided.
