MBA 653 Project Planning and Control
This course provides a systematic and thorough introduction to the "art" and "science" of project management, and provides key insights and comprehensive knowledge regarding the purpose and use of project management. Topics to be covered include aligning project initiatives with strategic objectives; producing a schedule that can be managed by critical path or iterative planning; and managing issues, change, and additional risks within the project management realm.
