BIOL 308 Microbiology

A study of the classification, morphology, physiology, and ecology of microorganisms with emphasis upon bacteria. Additional topics include the use of microbes to clean up environmental pollutants, biotechnology and bacterial mechanisms used to cause disease. This course is part of the biomedical sciences track.
