Students will acquire in-depth knowledge of common research methods used in psychological sciences, understanding of common problems in research design, and the ability to design and implement empirical research based on their own interests and questions. The course emphasizes critical analysis of research in both the media and peer-reviewed articles, ethical practices in human participants research, and communication via scientific writing and collaboration with peers.
