This course provides a holistic management perspective on the role of operations in both manufacturing and service companies. It provides a broad overview of the concepts and strategic techniques involved in the design and management of operations. You will investigate the role of operations in strengthening the firm's competitiveness and achieving the firm's goal of creating valuable global impact. Specific examples of operational functions will be illuminated through the evaluation of pandemic effects on supply chains and operations.
