BSMS 373 Recruitment and Selection

This course provides the strategies, concepts and practices essential to the effective selection of personnel. This course will include: legal issues in employment, research in the employment process, the development and use of selection devices, and recruitment of applicants for job openings. Topics emphasized include: recruiting, promoting and retaining employees, applications interviewing techniques and background investigations.
