BSMS 344 Conscience and Courageous Leadership
Have you ever thought of making leadership development a team sport? What are the attributes that would be required of the captain of the team? In this course we will dive into the development of how to be a conscious and courageous leader through discussion and critical analysis around team design, team process, team launch, team effectiveness, and team culture. You will engage in how to respectfully deliver direct and actionable feedback in difficult situation and how to develop the capacity to communicate with candor and a balance of ego and empathy.
