EDRD 521 Content Area Literacy

XL: EDRD 321 This course explores current theory, practice, and methods related to content-area literacy. Emphasis will be placed on the use of research-based content literacy teaching methods and diverse strategies in reading, writing, speaking, and listening. Students will develop standards-based activities and lessons based upon complex informational text to promote content literacy for multicultural, multilevel, and multilingual students.
