EDUC 556 Introduction to the Danielson Framework
“Because teaching is complex, it is helpful to have a road map through the territory, structured around a shared understanding of teaching†Charlotte Danielson. Students will learn the elements of the four domains: Planning and Preparation; Classroom Environment; Instruction; and Professional Responsibilities and will be provided the processes and tools to be used in the teacher evaluation process, including rubrics that identify effective teaching practice.
