EDUC 551 Math Methods (K-9)
Topics and techniques for the teaching of mathematics in the K-9 classroom. Instructional topics include: numeration, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, geometry, algebra, graphing, probability, assessment, and problem solving.
PRQ: Six hours of math and passing score on the Illinois Basic Skills Exam or the Test of Academic Proficiency (TAP) or the ACT Plus Writing/SAT composite.
Scheduled: Fall, spring, and summer, yearly.
