SOCI 325 Social Science Research Methods
XL: POLS 325
This course will familiarize students with quantitative social science research methods including the use of survey and sampling techniques, among others. Students will learn every step of the research process in the development of a hypothetical quantitative research project. Mixed method designs along with quantitative data analysis utilizing secondary data will also be covered. Department majors should take this course before their senior year.
PRQ: SOCI 260, CRMJ/POLS/SOCI 295(students must earn grade of C- or above), MATH 223 or 224; or consent of instructor.
