Students should consult with the Gender Studies Director for assistance in selecting appropriate courses. Applicable supporting courses must be designated/approved as Gender Studies courses and be from at least three different departments. Students should be aware that because many courses have prerequisites, additional courses might require extra time to include in the minor and might be more or less appropriate for their own plan of study. Additional courses will be available as they are developed, approved and added to the university curriculum. For a full list of the course offerings each semester contact the Gender Studies Director. Courses offered that might count as supporting requirements change from semester to semester which is another reason for consultation with the Director, in order to help facilitate timely completion of the minor within a student’s larger plan of study.
