EDUC 644 Leading Improvements in Literacy & Numer

This course explores the understandings and processes of leading improvements in reading and writing instruction across the curriculum, and high-quality numeracy instruction for PK-12 students, including tiered systems of support. Participants will examine and apply evidence-based practices and strategies as core drivers of these improvements at the building, classroom and individual student levels.

This course includes field experience and internship requirements aligned to the course objectives and Principal Illinois Administrative Endorsement for Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) licensure requirements.
