BSAD 308 Ethics, Law & Business
There should be at least a positive correlation between a legal business decision and an ethical business decision. While the law provides a foundation, society demands often that business decision makers strive for more. This course focuses on the intersection of business imperatives, the law, and ethical concerns. The course explores specific issues in order to determine what constitutes fully ethical, as well as legal, business decision making. Extensive case analysis will be employed.
