BSAD 344 Quality Management
In this course, you will learn theory and implementations of quality control and management activities for different industries (mainly manufacturing and service). The course will provide an understanding of key quality management system (QMS) principles: customer focus, processes, data driven evidence, decision making, and continuous improvement. Students will understand the differences between quality planning, quality control, quality assurance and quality improvement.
