BSAD 346 Modern Project Management

This course covers a practical introduction to managerial and technical skills required to plan and execute projects. Topics include projects' strategic, process, structure, and cultural roles in contemporary organizations. Technical aspects will consist of discussions on common management approaches and tools used in predictive (waterfall) and adaptive (agile) project management (i.e., planning, requirements, scope, WBS, network diagrams, estimating, schedules and costs, and risks).
